Replacement of the transport wagons at the log yard

- This video shows the replacement of the transport trolleys at the log yard.
- On 5 April 2022, the previous transport wagon from BALJER ZAMBROD was replaced by a newer and more powerful model. A heavy-duty crane is used here.
- The previous machine was due for extensive maintenance and repair work, which would have been very costly. The company therefore decided to purchase a model with significantly better performance data. A further step towards innovation and future-orientated development of the company.

Robot-fed trimming and cross-cut system
- In this video you can see a fully automated edging and cross-cut system
- A robot feeds the edger with dried boards from the drying chamber.
- After trimming, another robot removes the boards and feeds them back into the material flow to the cross-cut system.
- The system ensures precise resawing and cross-cutting and thus increases the quality of our products.
